Privacy Policy, your information, handled with care

This page explains what information vincentgolshani.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Last updated October 28, 2026.

What we collect

When you email or call the gallery, we receive your contact details and whatever you include in your message.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages, keep the site secure and block spam. We do not use this information to identify you.

What we do not collect

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or tracking pixels. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

How we use your information

We use what you send only to reply to you, to answer questions about paintings and books, to arrange a visit or a purchase, and to keep a record of our conversation.

Who else sees it

Your note travels through the service providers that host this website and deliver our email. They handle it only to provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.

The map on our Visit page is provided by Google Maps. When that page loads the map, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. The fonts on this site are served from our own website, so no font service sees your visit.

How long we keep it

We keep notes and sales records for as long as they are useful to the gallery and for our business and tax records. Ask us anytime and we will delete what we do not need to keep.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email goldonhousegallery@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Links to other websites

The newest paintings on this site are shown from Vincent’s collection on Flickr, which receives your IP address and browser details when those images load, under Flickr’s privacy policy.

This site links to other websites, such as Flickr and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
